Enhancements Of Series 3000
2E
•New double reduction sizes 31 & 32 are more efficient, less expensive,
smaller, new ratios.
•Series 3000 “S1” style offers mounting interchange for Series 2000
replacement.
•30-40% increase in torque capacity means longer life for Users and likely can
offer needed user replacements and for new installations, may allow a smaller
frame size unit to be selected that meets the application.
•Bushed “33B” option has stabilizer ring, metric bores and flexiblity to fit one
reducer to multiple shaft diameters.
•C-Face quill design shorter, no coupling needed and has non-fretting liner (56C to 286TC).
•Three phase gearmotors can be used on inverter power source.
•Solid shaft units shipped with key.
•Most frames now available with 2 flange size options to select.
Important Notes
•Face mounted Series 3000 34C, 43C and 44C designs are not the same
dimensions as their Series 2000 counterparts.
• Flanged finished bore Frame 33 and 34 Series 3000 have different shaft bores
than their Series 2000 Counterparts.
