CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Classes start and end promptly at the scheduled times. All classes are 45 minutes except for the mind/body studio classes, unless
otherwise noted. At a courtesy to the instructor and other members, please allow ample time to set up for your workout. Water Bottle,
Towel & Gel Seat are recommended for all Indoor Cycling classes.
BARRE - A ballet inspired workout, combining cardio, stretch, and toning elements. Classes mainly rely on the body weight for resistance, using the
ballet barre to improve balance and flexibility while sculpting the body. Light weights are often used in the toning of the upper body, focusing on
postural strength. A smooth flow of exercises engages the body from head to toe for a full body workout. Feel poised and empowered in this high
resistance, low impact class as you strengthen your core and improve your coordination and stability. All Levels.
FIT BOOT CAMP – WE WANT YOU! This Intense Group Training Class utilizing athletic skills and drills, plyometric and discipline to take
your body through the ultimate test of fitness. Let our drill sergeant command you through this challenging workout including multi-intensity
aerobics, sprints, circuits, push-ups, sit-ups, jump-rope and weight training. This class will use powerful motivational tactics, which will help you
”Be All That You Can Be!” Levels II / III
HEATED FLOW YOGA -A similar class to Vinyasa Flow but in a heated room. Develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the
mind as you deepen your strength, poses and practice, while it sweating out! Approx class temp: ~85-90 degrees. All Levels.
H.I.I.T – This 45 minute class alternates short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. H.I.I.T. is a form of cardiovascular
exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition to help improve fat burning. All levels.
INDOOR CYCLING - Led by a certified INDOOR CYCLING instructor, classes combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with
motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training. Participants burn an average of 500 calories in 45 minutes of nonimpact, individually paced cardiovascular exercise. Classes are performed on a specially designed indoor cycling bike. These bikes allow each
student to control their exertion level while still enjoying the motivation of a group setting. All levels.
INSANITY™ - Shawn T’s revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principals of MAX interval training.
INSANITY™ pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. Dig Deep!

KICKBOXING - Calling all champions! Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick and punch your way to a fitter you! Unleash your
inner warrior! All levels.
LATIN CARDIO FUNK – Start your weekend off guilt free by tricking your body into this high-intensity workout that will burn up to 1000
calories. Jen Savelli, Broadway dancer and former Rockette combines ballroom, cardio, strength & abs to get you to raise your fitness bar and go
dancing with the stars. All levels
POWER VINYASA FLOW YOGA (Heated) - A powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while
connecting their breathing to their movements. Taught in a warm studio makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness designed to
energize and revitalize you from the inside out. All levels.
PURE STRENGTH - Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Research has
proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories working out and at rest. Use a variety of
weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscle gets neglected! All levels
VINYASA FLOW YOGA - Focuses on connecting breath to movement, which detoxes & exhilarates the body, mind, & spirit. It is a faster moving
practice that combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout.

X-TRAINING – Maximize your time, efforts & results with Cross Training! Nonstop action takes you from high intensity, multi impact aerobic
conditioning to focused muscular strength & endurance exercises. A variety of cross training exercises will be incorporated into this power packed

XEN STRENGTH -YOGA W/WEIGHTS - This revolutionary method combine Vinyasa yoga & strength training, to provide a transformational
workout. You’ll get a hot yoga body, build muscle and bone mass to prevent injury, and get flexible in body and mind.

ZUMBA™- Ditch the workout and join the party – exercise has never been so fun! This fun, easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy
and motivating Latin music. Unique moves and combinations will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Zumba is the best way to
