DEVELOPMENT REVIEW DEPARTMENT COMMENTS
This is an item proposed for the redevelopment of the old nine (9) hole golf course at
Bar K. Staff has provided the necessary items so the Commission can provide input to
the applicant regarding the proposed redevelopment. Staff has provided maps
associated with the Land Use, Zoning, and an aerial of the site, along with a site plan,
and a power point presentation on the document.
In order to facilitate this type of development will require a rezoning from G-1 to either
a Planned Development District (PDD) or other base zonings such as residential or
commercial. The site will also require a land use change commensurate with the
proposed uses at the site.
