With reference to the planning application, it has been found that you have granted permission
although some of the land is now owned by Hancocks.
Plan LCC1 attached show that area B is to be re-instated to former use.
The second picture shows area marked C is owned by Celtech Estate and is not leased to
Hancocks or authorised for use.
The attached land registry document shows this ownership.
The area is to be going to be marked out and returned to Celtech control.
Ownership of this area is not disputed as is clearly displayed on the Hancock site plan where it
clearly states it is not owned by Hancocks.
