119 Gin it is a Premium Gin, London Dry Gin, 40
degrees. It is obtained by a manual process of double
distillation in traditional cooper stills, in small batches
of 500 liters each.
Botanical ingredients used are juniper berries,
cardamom seeds, ginger root, lemon peel, angelica
root and 24 botanicals more. All they make a secret
formula with a Mediterranean touch.
TASTING NOTE
The final product is crystalline, with fragrances and
flavors of juniper, cardamom and ginger and with
fresh herbaceous notes. It is silky and balsamic on the
palate, with a pleasant citrus aftertaste final.

CARMELITANO LIQUEUR
The quintessence of herbs, roots and seeds, a symbol
of contemplation, ingenuity and labour, it is an
exquisite distilled liqueur prepared in a copper still by
means of a traditional process, which the Carmelite
Fathers began to use in 1896 in their monastery in
the Desierto de las Palmas in Benicassim, and whose
secret is jealously guarded.

CARMELITANO COFFEE LIQUEUR
This liqueur has been produced following a centenary
formula of Brother Antonio, a monk from the Desierto
de las Palmas, which has been kept as a tightly guarded
secret by his successors.
It is prepared by combining the finest coffee beans,
which are patiently distilled in our copper stills in the
traditional way, until an exquisite tasting clear liqueur
is obtained, without additives or colourings.

CARMELITANO HAZELNUT LIQUEUR
The Carmelitano Hazelnut liqueur is a soft liqueur,
perfectly balanced between the sweetness and the
nutty flavour. It has a great fineness and personality.
It is the perfect accompaniment for deserts. It can
also be served with coffee, in a glass with ice and as
an aperitif.
TASTING NOTE
It is a brown drink with light yellow reflexes. The
nose is notable for its dry aroma and great intensity
reminiscent of hazelnuts. In the mouth it has a rich
texture and a hazelnut flavour, with mild cocoa hints
and a particular sweetness. The finish is long, soft,
with a fragrant aftertaste.

CARMELITANO SWEDISH BITTER
Carmelitano Swedish Bitter is a product rich in bitter
herbs. It is obtained after the maceration process
of herbs using grape marc spirit for several weeks,
according to a formula that dates back to the middle
ages. As its name suggests, it is an extremely bitter
drink. As such, it should be taken diluted in water or
herbal tea.
TASTING NOTE
It has a dark colour. The nose is notable for its dry
aroma and great intensity reminiscent of its botanicals
that no one of them dominates. At mouth it presents
a bitter aftertaste. The end is dry and astringent.

CARMELITANO MUSCATEL
Sweet wine elaborated with the famous Muscatel
grape of the region, known as Roman Muscat or
Muscat of Alexandria, conserves its intense aroma
and exquisite taste.
This liqueur wine, also known as Muscatel Mistela,
has a clean and bright appearance and its colour
ranges from straw yellow to deep amber. Carmelitano
Muscatel belongs to the Designation of Origin of
Valencia.
TASTING NOTE:
It has a clean and bright appearance, with a pale
golden colour, a smooth and expressive bouquet,
with wisps of syrup. It goes down well, with unctuous
smoothness, a sweetness that balances its acidity
well. A unique product, typical of Carmelitano.

This wine is produced according to the purest
traditional processes which have been used by
Carmelite Fathers in the Desierto de las Palmas
since 1896, made of the best grapes, fermented with
selected yeasts which ensure the highest quality.
TASTING NOTE:
This liqueur has a deep golden colour with orangey
amber reflections. It has an intense and expressive
bouquet; hints of liquorice, blackberry jam. It enters
smoothly and harmoniously; balanced acidity and
long aftertaste.

CARMELITANO RED VERMOUTH
This sweet wine comes from a selection of wines,
macerated with herbs, flowers, roots, fruits and spices
in ageing barrels.
Due its traditional process, this product is of limited
production. The Carmelitano red vermouth is ideal as
an aperitif.
TASTING NOTE:
It has a deep golden colour, with hints of rosemary,
bitter orange and oregano. It is sweet in mouth and
leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste.
