AMMP 4
Capital Quest: How to Build the Right Infrastructure in your Business to Attract Debt Capital or
Investors
AMMP IV focuses on how to fund growth and manage the associated cash flows. When a business is
positioned for growth, the strategic plan is in place, the systems, processes and key performance
indicator metrics have been put in place and are operational, the next step is to access the funding to
support that growth. That funding can be debt or equity capital.
The infrastructure of the business will be developed to ensure qualification for the debt capital and cash
flow management to support it. A pitch will be developed to attract investors and an infrastructure
developed to manage the governance of working with investors or creditors.
AMMP Four will be offered over the course of the next year
AMMP offers a learning program and prompts participants toward a more knowledgeable and
sophisticated level of thinking. As entrepreneurs lead their businesses in growth they frequently face
challenges unlike any other they have faced before.
AMMP strives to fill the gaps in their experience and skill set. AMMP is designed to accelerate business
growth, enhance competitiveness and promote profitability through confidential and collaborative peer
to peer sessions. AMMP is a combination of facilitated mastermind discussions, peer-to-peer mentoring
and skills development. Each session meets for a full day once a month for a period of ten months.
Peer groups facilitate a type of learning environment that allows participants to really get to the heart of
the issues they need to understand to be successful in their business, including clarifying approaches
to their work, building skills, troubleshooting challenges and sharing best practices.
Peer groups serve as a source of information, and provide perspectives outside of an individual’s point
of view. AMMP as a peer advisory board offers much needed relief from the sometimes isolating
nature of small business ownership
AMMP includes a retreat at the end of the ten months. This retreat will include all AMMP participants as
well as an exciting and state of the art business speaker to solidify the outcomes of the AMMP
program.
Each month’s morning session will consist of round table mastermind peer to peer learning. Each
month’s afternoon session will focus on the program objectives delivered by topic experts in the form of
a half day workshop.

Speakers and presenters will be guided in a consistent AMMP delivery format that will include
interactive exercises to solidify the learning objectives.
Alternative months will consist of a facilitated session where business owners will work on
implementing the skill set acquired in the previous month’s learning session. This will allow the
entrepreneurs to effectively create an customized actionable road map. Outcomes include increased
sales, access to additional resources, expansion of business management skill sets, extension of the
entrepreneur’s knowledge base.
AMMP strives to fill the gaps preventing the entrepreneur from achieving their goals by:
•
Providing education in business skill sets and leadership
•
Accelerating women business owner’s personal and business growth
