special dry rub, slow smoked for 8 hours or
more depending on size of pig. Meat will be
pulled at our location and put in disposable

intact for the table centerpiece. Included with
the hog are two sides of your choice, lemonade
or sweet tea and dinner rolls. Delivery and
setup included.
