Today, we commemorate President John F. Kennedy’s challenge to the nation
to land a man on the Moon. Explore these special activities and guest speaker

Join us for a recorded video message by NASA Astronaut Jack Fischer from
aboard the International Space Station, traveling some 17,500 miles per hour
in an orbit about 250 miles above the Earth.

shows visitors how they are used for space walking.
