Qingqing`s Pencil

Note:
The chance to learn
does not come easily.
Students can also
learn a lot at school.
That’s why all the
kids in the village
loves to go to school.
Note:
The road to school is
very long, so Qingqing
has to wake up early to
go to school.
I lost my pencil… WHAAA…
What should I do? I only have
one pencil. Without it, I cannot
do my homework.
What is the difference between your stationary and
Qingqing’s pencil? Can you help Qingqing find her pencil?
Note:
If your pencil is like
Qingqing’s pencil, will
you throw it away?
This is Qingqing’s school.
What do you think about
the environment?
What is this?
Note: Because of lack of resources, some schools can only use cars’
old tires as the school bell. Where is the pencil? Try to find it.
Note: Qingqing’s house is built
using bricks and mud. The roof is
made with grass. It is very old
and not safe. Where is the pencil?
Try to find it.
School ended, Qingqing
walks home. How is
her living environment?
I need to pack my
books. Can’t let the
rain get them wet!
Note:
It’s raining. What should we do?
It’s dark. Qingqing has yet to find her
pencil. There is no lights at home. She
can’t do her homework tonight. Where
is the pencil? Try to find it.
What do you do
when you don’t go
to school on Sunday?
Note:
Go with parents to the park?
Stay at home and play video games?
Go to the library to read?
Hong Kong children have a lot of
events during holidays.
When Qingqing doesn’t
go to school, she also
has a lot of “events”.
One day, the people
of World Vision came
to visit Qingqing.
Knowing that her only
pencil got lost, they
immediately volunteered
to find it with her.
Note:
The people of World Vision even
gave Qingqing stationary and a
schoolbag. They also helped renew
the broken campus in order to let
Qingqing and her classmates to
attend classes safely.
Found it! I found my
pencil! From now on, I
will take good care of it!
Note:
When Qingqing hurried to school,
she dropped the pencil on the floor
in front of the door.
A lot of kids in poor villages are the same as Qingqing,
only have a short pencil.
Are you willing to help Qingqing
and other children?
What do they most need?
