To access your Employee Advanatges from your mobile device you must have a
registered YouDecide username and password. To register for a YouDecide username
and password follow one of the options below using the client ID: MTH052.

button and complete the form. You can then use the username & password you
created to log in to the Mobile App.
From your mobile device, download and launch the YouDecide Mobile app, select
“Register Now!” and complete the form. Use your new YouDecide username and
password to log to the Mobile App.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00PM ET. and they will register your account.
