At Papa Luigi’s, delivery is free within the city limits. If you want your pizza delivered
outside of the city limits, you will be charged $0.50 per mile beyond the city limits.
You decide to order a large pizza and have it delivered. You live 8 miles outside of the
city limits. How much will you have to pay the delivery person for the pizza when
he/she arrives? Don’t forget the 8% sales tax on the cost of the pizza, and a 20% tip
