Catering FAQ’s
What kind of events do you cater?
We’ll cater events small and large, from birthday parties to corporate appreciation
events.
Can you do an outdoor event?
Absolutely! We’re flexible about the kinds of settings we can work in.
Is there a minimum number of people for a catering event?
For most parties, our minimum is 50 people. For very small gatherings, a Pint Party is
the perfect answer.
What comes with catering?
In addition to the super premium frozen treats and toppings, we bring the cups, bowls,
spoons and napkins for your guests and all supplies needed to set up and clean up.
What do I need to provide for a catering?
We’ll need access to electricity for most types of parties. If we’re bringing a cart to an
indoor space, we’ll need a ramp or loading dock and an elevator if we’re going to an
upper floor.
How long will you serve?
We’ll arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of our scheduled time to set up. Parties
normally run two hours and then we clean up. Let us know if you’d like more time –
we’re happy to accommodate where we can, and will factor that into our proposal.
How many flavors will you bring?
The number of flavors varies by catering package. We recommend 3-4 flavors – to
keep things simple and so as not to run out of one, but we are happy to work with you if
you’d like more!
What happens to the leftover ice cream?
We bring enough so your guests won’t be disappointed by a flavor running out, and take
the extra back with us.
