Outstanding enforcement issues: The Deputy Clerk had drafted individual letters regarding
breaches. Members to review letters with a view to approving them for sending at the next

Planning Committee meeting on 5 August 2014. Cllr Gregorious to investigate position of
relevant front boundaries of High Street shops (and also find out who owns The Leat).
Members to consider having letters delivered in person.
Woking Borough Council: Publication of Examiner’s Report on the Community Infrastructure
Levy Draft Charging Schedule. Minor modifications recommended. Due for adoption in
October 2014.
Surrey Heath Borough Council: Adoption of Community Infrastructure Levy Charging
Schedule on 16th July 2014.
Planning Committee and Borough Council decision performance: Since last report,
4 applications differed.
EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC: At 7:40 p.m., it was RESOLVED that, in accordance
with Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the Public be
excluded from the meeting due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.
