Uniform Policy
Boys
Kindergarten – 5th Grade
Shirt:
White or bright red polo style shirt with Ascension Classical School logo
Bottoms:
Navy uniform style shorts or pants, no cargo pockets
Outerwear:
Navy or bright red jacket, fleece, sweater, or sweatshirt may be worn in
the classroom, no school logo required. No outside logos/brands allowed
on outerwear.
Heavy coats for outdoors may be any color
Shoes:
Athletic or dress shoes are acceptable.
No cowboy boots, crocs, sandals, flip-flops, light-up shoes, backless
shoes, or wheel shoes.
Velcro shoes recommended for Kindergarten or students who cannot tie
their own shoes.
Socks:
Solid white, any length.
Belts:
Navy, brown, or black belts are acceptable, but not required.
Belts are NOT recommended for Kindergarten
Belts are required for 2nd grade
Hair:
Hairstyles must be neat, no longer than eyebrows, collar, and ears
Hair color must be natural
Spirit Day:
School-issued Spirit shirts may be worn every Friday with uniform
bottoms.
Students may also wear regular uniform on Fridays in lieu of Spirit shirt.
Dress Day:
White polo with navy pants
**Teachers or Administrators may call for a “Dress Day” for field trips,
performances, school pictures, or any other special occasion.

Uniform Options:
 High-neck jumper in plaid #60 with a white Peter-Pan collar blouse. White, navy,
or red piping acceptable on blouse. White turtlenecks acceptable on cold days.
 White knit, Peter Pan collar shirt with Ascension Classical School logo and a
navy pleated skort or navy uniform style pants. Shirts must be tucked in.
*Girls bottoms may not be shorter than 2” above the knee
* Navy or white modesty shorts MUST be worn under jumpers
Outerwear:
Navy, bright red, or white cardigan, navy or bright red jacket or sweatshirt
may be worn in the classroom. No school logo required. No outside logo
accepted on outerwear.

 White short-sleeve Middy blouse, with plaid #60 pleated skirt. Plaid #60 Middy
tie required with blouse. No monogramming permitted on blouses.
 White knit, Peter Pan collar shirt with Ascension Classical School logo and a
navy pleated skort or navy uniform style pants. Shirts must be tucked in.
