Finch, Rebecca From: To: Subject: Planning Department Russell, Kurt RE: Shultern Lane Cannon Park From: Bob Ghosh [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 21 July 2016 02:14 To: Russell, Kurt Cc: 'Gurshinder Sohal'; 'Steve Shergill' Subject: RE: Shultern Lane Cannon Park Importance: High Dear Kurt In response to your emails this week, I have the following responses: 1. Section 106 The details of the applicant’s lawyers are as follows: Peter Mander Mander Hadley Solicitors 1 The Quadrant Coventry Tel: 02476631212 2. Bat roost survey Please find attached Middlemarch Environmental’s nocturnal emergence and dawn re‐entry bat surveys and recommendations for additional clerk of works services. 3. Southeast Elevation I have checked the above elevation and it seemed to be correct. For the avoidance of confusion, I have made the elevations a little clearer. In particular, I have shown the floor datum levels and marked on the height of the core projection, which is consistently 1,650mm above the Level 4 roof datum (or 1,200mm above the Level 4 parapet). For ease of reference all of the elevations are now marked as Revision H. I trust that this clears up any confusion. 4. Cannon Park Community Association Thank you for sending therough the letter from CPCA. Although many of these issues are not Town Planning related (and there are some repetitions), I have provided a point‐by‐point response. Within the response, I have cross‐referred to an email from Warwick University Accommodation Office, dated 19th July 2016. I attach a redacted version of this email for your reference, where we have removed material considered to be commercially sensitive. 5. Plans and Design and Access Statement 1 I also attach revised floor plans. There are some minor internal alterations. For ease of reference all of the floor plans are now marked as Revision H. We have alsi added detailed unit layouts. I also reattach the Location Plan and Site Plan, so you have all of the current drawings attached within this email. Please find attached Revision B of the Design and Access Statement, where I have removed a decription of the roof garden. 6. Application Form Would it be possible to adjust the application form. There are a number of errors which need correcting, namely: Applicant name: should be Signature Sites Limited – Jasbinder Shergill. The gross internal area of the proposed development should be: 1,439 sq.m., not 2,119 sq.m. (thisfigure had been left in from the previous application). Section 9, should read flat membrane roof and remove any reference to ‘paved external terrace’ Should you require anything else for your report to Committee, please do not hesitate to contact me. Also, please let me know as soon as you can, if any of the objectors register to speak at Committee, so we have time to prepare a response. The south east elevation facing the cemetery appears to show the fibre cement panels shorter than they should be, as they are shown rising above the 4 storey element on all other plans. Please can this be amended and sent through to us as a matter of urgency? The correct plan needs to go out tomorrow with the draft agenda to councillors. Kind regards.
