Planning a family reunion, business meeting,
wedding reception or other special event?
Landa Haus is a unique location for these
occasions, as well as seasonal parties!
Landa Haus is centrally located in Landa Park.
Convenient access to the many attractions in the
park makes this facility ideal for special events.
This venue will seat up to 175 (at tables)
indoors. Generous outdoor, covered picnic
tables are also available for use. Maximum
occupancy for the entire facility is 175.
Landa Haus is climate controlled for yearround functions and is readily wheelchair
accessible. Sweeping views of Landa Lake are
available from a wall of windows, as well as
the Bar-B-Q patio adjacent to the main
building. A kitchenette (full sized
refrigerator, an oven, sink, microwave and
generous serving bar) is also provided to
facilitate a variety of uses.

Customized Set-Ups
Landa Haus boasts a unique, charming
environment that lends itself to many uses.
To obtain permission for live music at your
event, please complete the Live Music
Request (available at the Parks Office) and
submit it at least two weeks ahead of your
function.
You are welcome to decorate the facility
within the guidelines of the rental contract
you will execute at the time of reservation.
Customized floor plans may be arranged by
the renter or for an additional fee of $75,our
staff will set up your table and chair
arrangement.
Note that City Ordinance 86-11 states that
no music may be played after 10:00 PM.
Please refer to your Terms & Conditions for
the policies on alcohol, open flames, throwing
of rice, etc.
Tables and chairs are available for your use in
Landa Haus. If they are moved from their
original arrangement, they must be returned
to their original position when the reservation
is complete.

Rental Rates
All rentals require a refundable damage
deposit of $150.00, due at the time of
reservation.
For any time period between 9AM and
midnight on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and
holidays, Landa Haus may be rented for the
daily rate of $350.
Landa Haus
On Monday through Thursday, the rental fee
is $300 daily.
You may also lease Landa Haus (on Monday
through Thursday) for $75 for the first two
hours and $25 for each additional hour.
New Braunfels Premier
Rental Facility Featuring scenic views in the
heart of fabulous Landa Park
All rental fees are due at the time of
reservation.
You may place your reservations up to 18
months in advance of the current date.
Reservations
Just come by the Parks Department office, in
Landa Park, to finalize your arrangements!
Our staff will assist you with the appropriate
forms and discuss your options with you.
Forms of payment that are accepted include:
cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.
Reservations may also be made over the
telephone, using VISA or MasterCard. The
agreements may be faxed or mailed to you
for your signature and return.
Note that this outstanding facility is
extremely popular and rentals are often
placed very far in advance. Make your plans
early for the best date selection!
