Floral and Rental Agreement
Deposit
In order to secure service and reserve your date a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required & you’re considered compliance
with the agreement. Payment of any or all amounts by credit card will be charged an additional 4% service fee.
Payment
30 days prior to the event, 50% of the estimate(less $250 deposit) is due. The balance of the payment is due prior to or upon
delivery. Failure to pay upon delivery will result in a 10% inconvenience fee. Payment may be made by check payable to Janet
Boyd. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Changes
We will do our best to accommodate your changing needs. Any additions made 72 hours prior to your event will incur
additional charges, up to 20% increase in cost. We need 5 business days prior to your event to reduce your order. Otherwise
you will be billed for the entire agreed-upon price. If you need to change the date of your event, we will do our best to
accommodate you. However, it will be based on availability of date, materials and containers, and may be subject to change-ofdate fees.
Substitutions
Due to the nature of this business, sometimes products become unavailable, and it is necessary to make substitutions, as well as
which are acceptable. Pictures and color swatches are the best way to communicate these preferences. Without this
information, necessary substitutions will be at the designer's discretion.
Rentals
We are renting our equipment to you with the understanding that it will be returned or picked up in the same condition that it
was loaned. A replacement fee will be charged for any lost or damaged items.
Cancellation
In the event that you need to cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of event, your 50%
payment is also non-refundable. Please let us know if there are extenuating circumstances.
