Rehab & Mobility A wonderful stretching class that leaves you feeling loose and relaxed. Ideal for people with office jobs. Technique Class A functional class concentrating on the basics of exercise. Squats, Lunges, Deadlift, Plank, Back extension and Stretches. Aqua Fit Aerobic activity in the pool. A safe and effective way of working out while protecting your joints. Tabata Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol that has very effective fitness and weight-loss benefits. Circuits Circuit training using all primary training exercises to give the body a whole workout. Spin Box A high intensity cardio workout that combines an initial Spin session (approx. 30 minutes) that is then followed by boxing session.
