Max is a three-year-old Manchester
terrier/beagle mix. Max likes meeting
other dogs and he’s friendly with them
but not needy. He’s very good on the
leash and he doesn’t bark or pull, so he’d
make a great walking companion. Max is
a well-behaved, handsome gentleman.
Olivia is a 3-year-old Boxer mix. She’s very
sweet and loving. She likes attention and
is easy to be with. She is good with other
dogs and she likes meeting new people.
Olivia is also subtly beautiful, with a white
head and upper body and soft, light
brown spots on her hind quarters.
Hannah is an 8-month-old Beagle/Border
Collie mix. She’s sweet and playful. She
already walks well on the leash, so she’ll
make a great walking companion. She
seems socialized and at ease with people
and other dogs. She is gentle and she
loves a good scratching.
Chance is a great dog and a typical hound!
He loves to be outside, so he would
probably do best if he had a nice fence-in
yard to roam around in. He would also do
well with another dog. He’s a good-sized
dog, he’s one-and-a-half-years-old and he’s
very handsome.
Dozier is a Rottweiler/Bernese Mountain
Dog mix. Dozier is a big, big boy. He’s
energetic and will need an experienced
owner. He’s a friendly, nice dog, All he
needs is some training (and a diet) and
you’ll have one magnificent dog in your
household.

Felise is a 4-month-old Beagle/Boxer mix.
Felise is sweet and loves to be held. She’s
very attentive and takes in everything
going on around her. Both breeds are
known for being good with children, so
Felise would have a great time growing
up with children.
Jetta is a Rottweiler, around 6 months to a
year old. He is on the energetic side which
fits his youth. He is very sweet and likes to
give hugs. He’s good with his kennelmates
and he’s also very fond of people. Jetta is
on the small side for a Rottweiler and his
tail is not docked
Nan is a year-and-a-half-old Plott Hound/
German Shepherd mix. Nan could be
a detective. She loves to sniff and you
can tell she’s taking in and cataloging
information the whole time. She has
captivating amber eyes that go well with
her peanut butter colored brindle coat
Rocky is a 4-year-old pit bull and he’s a blue
merle so he’s exceptionally good-looking.
He’s a beautiful boy with that strong pit
body, big head and amber eyes. We don’t
know how he is with other dogs, but he’s
great with people. He’s loyal, friendly and a
sturdy, dependable companion.
Norris is a one-year-old Boston Terrier mix.
He’s energetic and PLAYFUL (in all caps!).
He’s friendly, gets along well with his
kennel mate, and likes people. Norris is a
straight-forward, uncomplicated boy. He
wants to be loved, fed, and played with,
not necessarily in that order.

Mousey has excellent house manners,
using her litter box unfailing and using
her scratching post. We think she will
most enjoy being in a home with other
cat(s), or where someone is home most

Meet Sparta. Sparta is a one-year-old
female Domestic Short Hair cat. She is
an active, social girl with a playful and
curious personality. Sparta would love a
home of her own where she has lots of
toys and plenty of things to investigate!

This lovely and willowy girl with big eyes is
at Animal House, the new adoption center
at 3516 Newburg Road. Playful, friendly
and loves a laser pointer. She’s spayed, upto-date on vaccinations, microchipped
and litter-box trained. Don’t wait! Come

Kiwi is an older girl, 9yrs old, and a bit set in
her ways. She is very affectionate, but is not
a fan of being held. Kiwi prefers coming to
you to lie in your lap. She is very talkative
and will definitely let you know when she
is around. Kiwi will do best in a laid-back
home where she can live a life of luxury.
Meet Avila. This staff favorite is 3yrs old
and an absolute darling. Avila is sweettempered, gentle, and very affectionate; a
lovely girl. She hopes for a quiet, laid-back
home where she can snuggle with her
person and hang out watching TV. Come

Spidey is an adorable, active and playful
boy that is loads of fun. He likes to keep
busy and loves to play. Spidey also enjoys
a good nap and absolutely loves having
a bed of his own to lounge in. He gets
along with other cats, but doesn’t have
much dog experience but we expect he
will do fine with respectful dogs.

coat. I have been front declawed but
my bob tail comes naturally. I get along
with other cats but I don’t know much
