This is a complete list of all the Legacy SAG and/or Legacy AFTRA franchised talent agents in the State of Florida, as
of the above-mentioned date. Agents that are not franchised are outside the union’s jurisdiction, and members should
be careful not to place themselves in violation of the union’s rules and regulations by deciding to work with them.
The franchise reflects only that the agency is State licensed where required; has provided a surety bond or other security; has
submitted recommendations from people in the industry, and has agreed to comply with Legacy SAG’s and/or Legacy AFTRA’s
regulations governing agents. The granting of a franchise does not in any manner, directly or indirectly, constitute a guarantee,
warranty or representation as to an agent’s ability or quality, or the conduct of the agency toward a performer. The franchise does
not indicate whether complaints have been filed with SAG-AFTRA against the agency, its principals or employees, nor does it
necessarily reflect whether the union has initiated any proceedings to discipline, revoke, inactivate, surrender or terminate the
franchise of the talent agency.
