CALL FOR PAPERS
European State Aid Law Quarterly. The editors of the first pan-European journal
dedicated to State aid law cordially welcome submissions for the forthcoming
issues, published online and in print. Since 2002 EStAL has developed into the
profiling platform to exchange expertise on European State aid law, publishing
exclusively double-blind, peer-reviewed contributions, thus establishing a
significant European State aid expert community, incl. academics, policy-makers
and practitioners.
Content and Form
Acknowledging the growing importance of State aid law, emerging as an
independent and indispensable branch of EU law, EStAL editors gladly accept
submissions solely related to this topic. Comparative, interdisciplinary analyses
are equally welcome. Submissions shall examine jurisprudential as well as policy
developments at the European and national level, preferably with cross-border
perspectives.
In particular, EStAL editors seek for following types of contributions:
ARTICLES | CASE NOTES | OPINIONS | BOOK REVIEWS | COUNTRY REPORTS
To guarantee EStAL’s high-quality standards, all submissions are required to
conform to the author guidelines available at:
