of which is hereto attached, declaring Section 95 of the
said Act,with respect to the appointment of Auditors to be

the following resolution was passed at a nesting of the City Council
of New Westminster on the let. inst. "That Section 95 of the Municipal Clauses Act respecting the
appointment of Auditors by the Lieutonant-flovernor in Council, be
deolared in force in this City, and that the Government he requested
to appoint Mr. M. B. Cotsworth as such special Auditor, as arranged
without salary."
