Stamp Duty rebate Promotion Terms and Conditions Springbank Rise 27 April 2013 1. This document contains the Terms and Conditions under which Lend Lease Communities (Casey -2) Pty Limited & MRPCNo. 601 Pty Ltd (Promoter) will offer rewards under its ‘Gift with Purchase’ promotion (Promotion). 2. If an individual participates in this Promotion, they agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 3. The Promotion commences at 9am EST on Saturday 5 January 2013 and ends at 5pm EST on Sunday 24 June 2013 (Promotion Period). 4. This Promotion applies to the Springbank Rise project (Project). 5. Lend Lease Realty Pty Ltd Licence Number 18401359 trading as Springbank Rise Real Estate Springbank Rise 2 Minty Grove, Casey ACT 2913 Ph: 1800 929 466 ii. 14 days from the date that the Lot is registered at the Project but before 5pm EST on Monday 24 June 2013; and 8. successfully complies with these terms and conditions(Participant). Promotion Reward 9. Under this Promotion, the purchasers of the above mentioned lots who successfully comply with these terms and conditions will receive a cheque (Promotion Reward) to the value of the stamp duty payable, as per the corresponding stamp duty estimates in table 5a above. 10. The Promoter will send the Promotion Reward to the winning Participants within 10 business days of the Participants Lot settling. 11. If a Participant consists of more than one person (whether as tenants in common or joint tenants) then the Promoter will only be liable to pay one of the tenants as nominated in writing by all the tenants making up the Participant. If the Participant does not nominate a single person prior to the expiration of the Promotion Period, the Promotion Reward will be made out to the names on the sales contract and posted to the address listed in the sales contract. General Terms 12. The Promotion Reward is not transferable for cash or interchangeable for another reward. 13. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice. 14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should injury or accident occur as a result of the Promotion. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Participant releases the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) from any loss or damage incurred by the Participant arising from the Promotion and the use of the Promotion Reward, including but not limited to: 1. personal injury and property damage; 2. any tax liability incurred by the Participant; 3. the failure by the issuer to honour the Promotion Reward; or 4. the terms and conditions under which a Promotion Reward is issued. 15. Builders, Employees of the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and their immediate families, are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. 16. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to Reward suppliers and Australian regulatory authorities. Registration is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use this information for promotional and marketing, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Participants. 17. There is a limit of one Promotion Reward per Lot. 18. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer being run by the Promoter or its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)).
