2. Click on"Browse Redemption Catalogue" of main page
3. Choose the category to redeem
[Note : Only Principal Cardmembers are allowed to redeem]
4. Sort items by Online
5. Select the desired item
6. Click the tab to redeem
7. Complete the cardholder details
8. Submit redemption form via Online.
REDEMPTION OF TREATSPOINTS VIA ONLINE
1. Redemption is applicable to all Credit Cards issued by Maybank and Maybank Islamic i.e.
MasterCard, Visa and American Express with Treatspoints (excluding Corporate
Cardmembers).
2. Accounts must be in good standing (currently not overdue in payment), not closed or
terminated by Maybank at the time of redemption request.
3. TreatsPoints can only be used after entry into the Cardmember’s Credit Card account.
4. Completed redemption forms must be submitted through the Online redemption website
@ www.maybankard.net.my.
5. Redemption forms once received from Cardmembers cannot be revoked, cancelled,
returned or exchanged.
6. Insufficient points will be based on the date receipt of redemption form and Cardmembers
will be notified in writing by Maybank if the redemption form is not processed.
7. This promotion is valid from October 2013 till April 2014 or while stocks last.
FULFILLMENT OF REDEMPTION GIFT ITEMS
1. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of gift items from the date of receipt of the
redemption form.
2. Delivery of the gift items shall be made to the address furnished by the Cardmember
in the redemption form.
3. Delivery will only be made against a written acknowledgement of receipt of the item
and of satisfaction with its physical condition by any occupant at the address of
delivery and where such address is an office address, by any member of the office.
Such acknowledgement shall be deemed to be the acknowledgement by the
Cardmember.
4. No delivery will be made to P.O.Box address as well as address outside Malaysia.
