UNLOCK USER ACCOUNT IN CUSTOMER PORTAL:
If user enters wrong password more than three times the user’s account gets locked
1. How to unlock my account by email when my account is locked ?

Enter the User id
•
Click on the button “Unlock By Email“, so that an email will be sent to the user’s registered mail address.
•
Click on the link Unlock my Account in the received mail, so that user’s account will be unlocked
2. How to unlock my account by online when my account is locked ?
•
Enter the User id
•
Click on the button “Unlock online“
•
Answer the security questions appeared in the page, so that the user id will be unlocked
