COCKTAILS
OUR TRIBUTE TO BOSTON’S RICH HISTORY, HERITAGE AND CULTURE
GRAND DAME
KETEL ONE CITROEN, LIME, GINGER, PURE CANE, POMEGRANATE ........................... 13
A Grand Dame is defined as “a building or institution regarded as noteworthy on
account of its age or historic prominence.” This sweet and sour martini is the perfect
drink to toast Boston Park Plaza‟s stature as the Grand Dame of the city‟s hotels and
architecture.
EMERALD NECKLACE
PLYMOUTH GIN, MUDDLED CUCUMBER, THYME SIMPLE, LIME ..................................... 13
Walk a block from the hotel to Boston Common and you‟ll find yourself to be the focal
point of a symbolic emerald necklace — the stretch of historic public parks and
gardens connecting through the city.
NEWBURY
PATRON SILVER, COINTREAU, FRESH LIME, AGAVE, POMEGRANATE ......................... 14
You don‟t have to venture far to get a taste of Boston‟s renowned shopping district.
Development of Newbury Street dates as far back as 1857 and continues to delight
shoppers with its unique, historical charm.
ROMEO AND JULIET
GREY GOOSE NOIR, ST. GERMAINE, PURE CANE, LEMON, AGAVE ................................ 14
Inspired by the endearing sight of Romeo and Juliet — a pair of mute swans that are
paraded through the Boston Common to the lagoon at the Public Garden each spring.
ASK KENNEDY
BULLY BOY RUM*, LEMON JUICE, APRICOT JAM, HONEY ………………………....…. 14
Ask John Fitzgerald Kennedy his cocktail of choice and the Boston native would have
answered “A daiquiri.” Notorious for enjoying classic daiquiris, we think he would have
enjoyed our modern twist on this classic.
COCOANUT GROVE
PRIVETEER AMBER RUM, DISARONNO, COCONUT CREAM, LIME, PINEAPPLE,
CITRUS SODA ................................................................................................................................................. 15
Take a sip of this unique coconut-infused cocktail to commemorate the 1942 Cocoanut
Grove fire, the scene of the historic, tragic nightclub fire during which our Grand
Ballroom was used as a triage center.
MIDNIGHT RIDE
WHISTLE PIG RYE, LUXARDO MARASCHINO, APEROL, ANTICA ………………….…. 17
In the Spring of 1775, Paul Revere rode to Lexington, MA to warn Samuel Adams and
John Hancock that British troops were marching to arrest them. In case he was
detained, Revere devised a warning system to ensure his message would leave Boston,
even if he could not. Lanterns were lit in the steeple of the Old North Church; one
lantern if the British were coming by land and two if they were coming by sea. This is
where the famous phrase “One if by land, two if by sea" was coined from.
SPRING IN THE COMMONS
HENNESSY VS, PEACH SCHNAPPS, CHAMPAGNE, PASSION FRUIT, LIME, HONEY
SYRUP ................................................................................................................................................................. 17
This delicious cocktail pays tribute to the stretch of green sanctuary within the city of
Boston. Dating back to 1634, Boston Common is the oldest public park in the United
States and consists of 50 acres and almost four hundred years of history. It was declared
a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 1987.

OUR TRIBUTE TO BOSTON’S RICH HISTORY, HERITAGE AND CULTURE
GREEN MONSTER
DON JULIO BLANCO, ST GERMAIN, LIME, PURE CANE, CUCUMBER …………….… 15
The Green Monster, built in 1912, is the popular nickname for the 37-ft high wall that
has been a part of Red Sox history for as long as Fenway Park has. But why would
there be a wall in the first place? Then Sox owner saw that all the restaurants and bars
lining the street had an unobstructed view of the ballpark and he didn't want anyone to
watch games for free!
SILVER CLOVER
JAMESON IRISH WHISKEY, MUDDLED MINT, CLOVER HONEY SIMPLE, LEMON,
FEVER TREE GINGER BEER ………………...………………………………….………...… 14
With a distinctive blend of intriguing flavors including clover honey and
ginger beer, our signature whiskey cocktail plays tribute to the rich Irish history and
culture in Boston.
RIGHT ON HEREFORD
CACHACA, APEROL, PURE CANE, LIME, RAW SUGAR ……………………………….…. 15
This refreshing cocktail pays homage to one of Boston‟s most beloved annual
traditions: the Boston Marathon. “Right on Hereford” is the second to last final turn of
the grueling 26.2 mile run and all marathoners know, once you hear those words, you
are in the home stretch.
LEFT ON BOYLSTON
JALAPENO INFUSED PATRON SILVER, PASSION FRUIT, AGAVE NECTAR ................... 15
“Left on Boylston” celebrates the final turn runners of the iconic Boston Marathon
make as they sprint towards the finish line. The slight spiciness of the cocktail
symbolizes the extreme moments that bring marathoners to the final stretch and
victory.
