The Octopus Club is presenting its now infamous art auction
party, benefiting the Paul Kirby Emergency Fund of AIDS
Services of Austin. There will be plenty of complimentary
cocktails, wine, beer, erotic desserts, live entertainment,
and of course the main event is the silent auction of hundreds
of works of erotic art. Last year ArtErotica raised more than
$70,000! To date the Octopus Club has raised about $2.5
million for the Paul Kirby Fund.
An event like this can't happen without
Hosts and Hostesses.
Hosts and hostesses talk it up and encourage friends, family
and coworkers to attend. Your donation covers the cost
of putting on a fundraiser like this. Like all Octopus Club
events, every penny from ticket sales and the silent auction
goes directly to people with HIV/AIDS when they are in an
emergency situation.
