Minimums are determined by event space and vary based on day of the week, time of the day, time of the year, and date of the booking. Your Sales Manager will review revenue requirements with you during your first consultation. Minimums do not include service charges, administrative fees, and taxes. PRICING ~ Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Menu prices for the year of your event are guaranteed upon publication of the menu for the year of your event only upon receipt of your signed contract and all required deposits. Menu prices do not include applicable service charges, fees, and taxes. SERVICE CHARGES, FEES, AND TAXES ~ All charges and services are subject to 14% service charge, 6% taxable administrative fee, and prevailing state and local taxes. Service charge and administrative fee are based on published menu prices and are not reduced by any promotion or discount offered. BARTENDER FEES ~ There is $75 bartender fee for any event of 75 or fewer guests requiring alcohol beverage service. This fee will show on your invoice as an addition to the 14% service fee. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE ~ A $1,000.00 initial deposit ($2,000.00 for the Grand Ballroom) is required with your signed contract to secure your event space, time and date. Payment for all event services, in full, is required 10 days prior to the date of your event. Food will not be purchased, nor services scheduled for any event not paid in advance. Lake Pearl will not be responsible for changes in service or menu due to late payment. The initial deposit is the only payment that may be made by credit card, all other payments are payable by bank certified check or cash only. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. A signed credit card authorization is required to remain on file for any additional charges that may be incurred during your event. MENU SELECTION ~ Menu selections are due a minimum of 30 days prior to your event; thereafter any changes must be agreed upon by LAKE PEARL. VENDOR AND CHILDREN’S MEALS ~ Meals for vendors are available and must be included in your final meal count and final payment. Vendors will only be served bottled water and soft drinks – no alcohol beverages. Children’s meals are available for children 12 and under and must be included in final meal count and final payment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and may not be left unattended at any time. GUARANTEE DUE DATE ~ The final number of guests to be served and your seating plan is due 14 days prior to your event. The guest count may not be lowered after the guarantee is given; however, it may be increased up to 3 business days prior to your event. Failure to provide your guarantee on time may cause delays in ordering and scheduling production. Lake Pearl will not be responsible for changes made due to late notice of guarantee. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ~ Daytime events must end by 4:30 latest, and Night Time events start by 6:30 earliest, unless otherwise arranged with Lake Pearl, in advance. Daytime events may extend for one additional hour subject to our event schedule. All events are a 4 hour rental. Evening events may extend one additional hour (until 1:00 AM latest) for a $500.00 fee. Tent events must end at 10:00 PM. Bar service must end 30 minutes prior to close of event. DISPLAYS, DECORATIONS & PERSONAL PROPERTY ~ Arrangements for set up or displays must be made through the Sales Office at least 1 day prior to your event. All proposed displays or decorations shall be subject to the approval of Lake Pearl. All client and guest property brought onto the premises shall be at the sole risk of the client or guest. Lake Pearl is not responsible for any damage or loss to any client or guest property for any reason. Fire Department regulations forbid the use of open flames (all candles must be enclosed to the tip of the flame in glass and sit low in the candle holder), fog machines, fire pits, or bonfires. The use of loose glitter and confetti is not allowed. All vendors are required to provide Lake Pearl an indemnification agreement and valid certificate of insurance. LIABILITY & DAMAGE ~ Lake Pearl reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Lake Pearl is not liable for any damages to or loss of equipment, merchandise, or articles left at Lake Pearl prior to, during, or following your event. The client is responsible for any damage to the building, equipment, decorations, furniture or fixtures belonging to Lake Pearl, and for any item lost, stolen, or damaged during your event due to the actions of your guests. Any damages or excessive clean-up will be charged to the credit card on file. FOOD SERVICE ~ No food or beverage may be brought in or removed from the premise. Outside specialty caterers must be licensed and insured and approved by Lake Pearl prior to signing your contract. It is the responsibility of the client to manage counts for split entrees and provide color coded tickets or the like to indicate guest choices. Additional meals required to satisfy guests who change their order will be billed to the credit card on file. FIREWORKS POLICY ~ Fireworks are not permitted at Lake Pearl unless client obtains a permit from the Wrentham Fire Department; and said permit is presented a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. In the event a client is permitted fireworks by the town a fire detail must be present, paid for by the client. Under Massachusetts laws sparklers are considered fireworks, and as such are illegal without a permit. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ~ All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. Events cancelled within 90 days of the event date will be charged 100% of the minimum food revenue amount as liquidated damages. Refunds of any estimated bar amounts overpaid will be processed within 30 days of your event date. Lake Pearl is not liable for the failure to complete the contract due to strikes, accidents, interruption in utilities, adverse weather, or any other cause outside of its control. An alternative room, time, and date will be offered if Lake Pearl cancels the event for any of these reasons. There are no refunds for cancelled events. o the event. LIQUOR SERVICE ~ Open bars will be provided with an estimated advance bar payment that will be included on your final invoice. A signed credit card authorization is required to secure any unpaid amount from your open bar. Bar service will end at least 30 minutes prior to the end of your event. Lake Pearl complies with all state liquor regulations and laws. Clients and their guests are not permitted to bring into the premises or take from the premises any alcoholic beverages. We will seize and dispose of any alcohol not purchased at Lake Pearl. Lake Pearl reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to discontinue or refuse liquor service to any client or guest at any time. No person under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume or purchase alcohol. Proper identification is required for all guests to purchase or consume liquor.
