Erasmus Spring Break FAQ
BOOKING:
Me and my Erasmus friends would like to attend this awesome Spring Break Festival in
Croatia. How can we book it?
Online booking for Erasmus Spring Break Croatia is open on www.erasmusnation.com
We offer various packages:
1. SB Festival Wristband = price 79,00€ (after early birds finish 99,00€)
2. SB Festival Wristband + Accommodation = 99€ (after early birds 14.4. price is 119,00€)
3. SB Festival Wristband + Accommodation + round Transportation = the price depends on the
departure city you choose
What are the payment options available?
You can pay your Erasmus Spring Break package by PayPal or Credit Card or bank transfer. At the
booking you pay 30% of the fee and the remaining amount 1 month before the trip. All the pacakges
including transportation will pay also 40€ at the bus departure.
I filled-in online application form and would like to confirm my booking, but the system
is charging me less than total price of the package is. Where and when should I pay the
rest of the amount?
Remaining amount of 40,00€ will be collected by EN guide on the bus departure. Please note that
Euro Currency and cash only will be accepted.
I already booked my Spring Break Package and now I would also like to add
Transportation / Boat Party / Festival Shuttle. Can I do it now?
Yes, you can buy it also after you already placed the booking. Simply click on the book button and
choose a suitable week. Beside the general packages, you will find options for purchasing extras
only; Transportation, Boat Party or/and Festival Shuttle and choose No. of people.
I already booked my Erasmus Spring Break package. When can I expect any further
information about the event?
One week before the SB Festival starts you will receive INFO LETTER (by email) with all details
about the Festival, Accommodation, location and time of EN Bus departure.
I have a friend who is not an Erasmus student, but he would like to attend Spring Break
as well. Can he come with us?
Of course! All young people and students - even if not Erasmus, are more than welcome to join us in
Croatia.
I saw that there is box 'Promo Code' in application form. What is this Promo Code and
where can I get it?
Participants can get Promo codes for 5,00€ discount from Erasmus Nation Promoters who are
advertising Erasmus Spring Break event at universities in Europe and in Facebook Groups.
ACCOMMODATION:
We are group of Erasmus friends – few of us will come from ex. Poland and another
few from ex. Italy. Can we share the same apartment?
When placing your online booking please write a name of you group in the box 'Group name”. This
name can be any name you think of just be careful that you all write the same name.
Please note that it may happen that you will not get the same accommodation if you do not come
with the same bus or you are not in Novalja at the same time.
We are 10 friends from the same University coming to Croatia. Can we stay in the
same apartment?
Since we offer 4-bed up to 8-bed apartments, most probably you'll be divided into two 5-bed
apartments.
What kind of apartments do you offer?
Erasmus participants will be accommodated in 4- up to 8- bed apartments with private bathroom
and kitchen, located in Novalja City on Pag Island, just 3 kilometers from Zrce beach and festival
area.
Where & when can we get information about exact location and type of our
accommodation?
You'll be provided with all further details such as location, name of the apartment house, etc. at the
Spring Break check-in point at your arrival.
FESTIVAL SHUTTLE:
I saw on your website that you offer Festival Shuttle. What is it?
Festival Shuttle Bus links Novalja City (Erasmus accommodation area) with Zrće Beach (party area)
which is 3 km away.
Please note that only Shuttle Wristband holders can catch (unlimited) ride on the Festival Shuttle.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Do I need Passport or ID to enter Croatia? Or do I need Visa?
Citizens of EU countries may enter Croatia using their national identity cards (if these exist) instead
of a passport. Otherwise, passports are required to enter Croatia.
Citizens of the U.S., the U.K., EU countries, Australia and New Zealand do not need visas to visit
Croatia. Visitors can visit Croatia for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
For other countries, please check the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’website
http://www.mvep.hr/en/ for visa requirements for Croatia. If you do need a visa, please contact the
Croatian Embassy in your country (also detailed on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website) for more
information on how to obtain a visa.
In case you need the booking confirmation required for the Visa application, please contact us
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with the following personal information; booking number, full name,
surname, address, zip code, country, nationality, ethnicity, passport number.
TRANSPORTATION:
I would like to take just one way transportation by Erasmus Nation Bus. Is this
possible?
You can use EN Bus one way only, but we do not offer any discount for it and you will be charged
full price.
I will book my flight. What is the best arrival/departure time if I would like to take
Erasmus Nation bus from the Airport to Pag Island?
Since EN bus departures from most of the cities are scheduled for Thursday, 1st of June
afternoon/evening/night, we kindly suggest to book your inbound flight for Thursday afternoon at
the latest and outbound flight for Monday the 5th in the morning/mid-day.
You can find EN Timetable of Departures in our FB event. Please note, all times given are estimates
only.
I saw the list of departure spots on your website. Are those prices just for one-way ride
or round bus trip is included?
All transportation prices stated includes both-ways bus ride.
