The elite housing by Stroyteks is a manifestation of the principle: High Class Living – High
Class Area. Luxury houses are situated in the historic city centre or in the green areas with a
well-developed infrastructure. Such projects are said to be part of the so-called Golden Mile
outlining the area of elite house construction.
The elite houses constructed by Stroyteks feature a special architectural design and high
quality façade decorations. Well-chosen solutions of the interiors match the outer view of the
buildings. Flat lay-outs are worked out thoroughly in accordance with the individual owner’s
choice.
One of the first elite houses in Moscow was the
Osobnyak (Mansion) in Gagarinsky lane, 7. It is
distinguished by its solemn appearance (one of
the first ventilated façades in Moscow), a view
of the Christ The Savior Cathedral, and a truly
elite nature – only six apartments. The building
structure is made of cast reinforced concrete, the
outer walls are winterized with Rockwool mineral
cotton and finished with ceramic basil. The interior

The main eastern façade is decorated with natural
granite and matches the other façades covered
with Finnish OBTIROC bricks.
Thanks to cooperation with the leading European
providers of building materials, Stroyteks explores
new ways of improving the quality. Utility systems
in the Stroyteks’ buildings comprise state-of-theart equipment certified under the GOST R systems

area known for its historic sites and exquisite comfort. Parallels with the Parisian quarter are
shown not in the shape, but in the functional logic: similar to La Défence in Paris, the whole
area of several Frunzenskaya streets is a city in itself.
La Défence is the right house in the right place.
La Défence features an illuminated and
landscaped inner yard, a fully-equipped playing
