The Hatboro-Horsham Food Service Department would be
happy to pack a bag meal for any students needing that
service on field trip days or other school events.
Bag lunch offerings include:

8 oz. Bottled Water (frozen, will thaw by lunchtime)

The cost for each lunch is based on your child’s current paying
status. The meal would be free for students receiving free meals,
40¢ for students receiving reduced meals, and the regular rates are
$2.55 for elementary paid meals. Adult meals are $3.80 and
payment is required in advance as monies cannot be deducted from
student accounts.
The child nutrition department needs this form and payment* if not
using meal account at least two days prior, and the menu may be
subject to change in rare cases. If you have any questions, please
call the school Food Service Manager’s office.
