locality. You must have documents that note what position John A. Weimar has with you or what position(s) he held in the past. He is an
attorney and seems to have held positions such as "hearing officer" or "village prosecutor" in the past. Please produce all records of John
A. Weimar having been employed by your locality that show what position he held. Again, these would most likely be in an employment
or personnel file or whatever file is kept on people who work as contractors for your locality. To fulfill this request, you should think of
where you would go to look when someone asked you if John A. Weimar had ever worked for your locality and then what documents you
would look at to see what job he held.
3. The job title and job description for the job position(s) that John A. Weimar has held in your locality. I am particularly interested in
knowing if any of the positions he held with you allowed him to obtain a five-pointed-star badge with which he could pretend to be a police
officer, as he did on 7/22/14 in Orland Park.
4. The resume (also called a C.V. by some people) that John A. Weimar has on file with your locality that he submitted in application for
whatever position he has held with you. Also include any documents that you have related to John A. Weimar's performance in this job
for the entirety of the time that he had that job, including any complaints or commendations made regarding John A. Weimar's
performance in this job.
5. All records of payment made to John A. Weimar in the last five years. On information and belief, these records would show the job title
that John A. Weimar has, the amount of money he was paid, and the frequency with which he was paid money by your locality to do
whatever it is he was doing for you. Also please include whatever organizational chart or other documents showing the hierarchy related
to John A. Weimar's position with your locality. I want to see who was/is his supervisor or direct-report and who worked/works below or
alongside Weimar. Please show the chart that would indicate who is the person who hired John A. Weimar and is responsible for

6. Documents that detail the expectations of professional conduct by employees of your locality that are of the rank and position of John
A. Weimar or who otherwise work for or under or alongside the office for which John A. Weimar worked in your locality. I believe that

course of their employment with your locality and I need to see if your rules allow for an employee such as John A. Weimar to use a

On 7/29/14 Kevin DuJan and I were walking in an Orland Park neighborhood distributing flyers on a Butterfield Road
or Butterfield Street off 88th avenue when a white squad car came up to Kevin and stopped and asked him "What do
you think you're doing." There was no reason to stop to ask him this question as he was on a public sidewalk doing
absolutely nothing wrong. This was between 11am and 12pm.
1. Please provide the car number and/or police officer's name and badge number who was on Butterfield Road/Street
off 88th Avenue around 11am-12pm on 7/29/14
2. Please provide any radio traffic made between the hours of 11am-2pm on 7/29/14 involving any conversation about
people (Kevin DuJan or Megan Fox) handing out flyers on Butterfield Street/Avenue/Road.
3. Provide the police protocol that allows an officer to stop and question a person walking on a public sidewalk
breaking no laws. What is the protocol for this? Under what circumstances may a police officer stop and question a
person walking on a public sidewalk when there is no probable cause to stop and question him. Find the police
protocol/rule/or city ordinance that covers stopping a person for no reason on a public sidewalk to question their
activity. I remind you this is not Nazi Germany 1931 so there must be paperwork or a rule book or a code of conduct
that discusses when an American police officer may stop a free American on a public sidewalk who is not doing
anything other than walking. Find that and provide it please.
4. Provide any video footage taken from the white squad car that was on Butterfield Road/Street/Avenue near 88th
Avenue for the entire day of 7/29/14
Is it the OPPD policy now to stop and harass every person they see handing out political literature or flyers? Do you
do this to delivery boys and those guys handing out phone books? This is getting really bizarre now and I'm beginning
to feel as if I'm being constantly watched by your department, which brings me to number 5.
5. Provide any internal communications including emails, hand written notes, scribbles, reports or otherwise that
indicate any orders to police officers to look out for Megan Fox or Kevin DuJan. I'm looking for any evidence the police
have been communicating with one another to impede Fox and DuJan's ability to hand out flyers or otherwise harass
DuJan and Fox in Orland Park. For instance, is my drivers license photo up on a poster in your station somewhere
that officers throw darts at in their spare time? Has Tim McCarthy created "wanted" posters with our photos on them?
If so, produce those (dart marks and all). Has an order gone out to look for my car in OP? If so, produce that order. I
believe police to now be following me in Orland Park. Please produce any orders to do that sort of thing. Search all
email communications from the dates 5/19/14 through today, search terms "Megan Fox" "Kevin DuJan" "Mokena"
"Crazy lady" "Library" "Weimar" and provide any of those emails that pertain to me or DuJan or the Orland Park
Library.
6. Provide any reports written on 7/29/14 with the name Megan Fox or Kevin DuJan or "Suspicious Person" reporting
any activity on Butterfield Road/Avenue/Street near 88th Avenue.

(1) All video or audio recording that was done on 7/8/14 while police officer Jodi Schmidt interviewed the following people in the afternoon
in the small interview room off the lobby in the Orland Park Police Station: Megan Fox, Kevin DuJan, John Kraft, and Kirk Allen. Officer
Schmidt interviewed each of these people for between 15 minutes to an hour in the little interview room and talked about Bridget Bittman
committing a breach of peace violation that day, which Officer Schmidt agreed happened. Please produce the video and audio recordings
of those interview sessions.
(2) All video or audio recording that was done on 7/22/14 involving Officer Harambe interviewing Megan Fox and Kevin DuJan regarding
John A. Weimar (also known as "Jack Weimar" or "Black Jack Weimar" or "former Village of Orland Park contractor John Weimar")
impersonating a police officer and flashing a badge during Weimar's attempt to prevent flyers from being delivered in Orland Park that he
did not agree with and his making a false police call claiming a van was parked on a sidewalk when it wasn't. These interviews were done
in a small interview room located off the lobby in the police station. Produce the audio or video recordings of Officer Harambe speaking
with first Megan Fox and then Kevin DuJan in that interview room.
(3) Produce any video or audio recordings you have of Megan Fox speaking with two or three officers and detectives on May 14th or May
15th, 2014. This occurred in the small interview room off the lobby of the Orland Park Police station. Megan Fox had come to the police
to ask them to enforce the misdemeanor provisions of the Open Meetings Act against the Orland Park Public Library Board of Trustees
after the Attorney General had ruled that they violated the law by holding an illegal meeting on February 12th. The police declined to do
anything about this, even though violating the OMA is a Class-C misdemeanor. Produce the audio or video of the time Megan Fox spent
with the officers (one a sergeant and the other a detective) that day in May.
(4) Produce any video or audio recordings you have of Megan Fox speaking with an officer or a lieutenant back in November or
December of 2013 regarding the Orland Park Public Library engaging in a pattern and practice of making false police reports against their
critics and the police refusing to do anything about that.
(5) Produce any and all video or audio recordings you have featuring Megan Fox and/or Kevin DuJan and/or John Kraft and/or Kirk Allen.
