Reservation Office: 941-861-CAMP (941-861-2267) Mon. - Fri., 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. / Sat. - Sun., 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Email: [email protected] Website: www.scgov.net/turtlebeachcampground Advance Reservation Requirements • Sarasota County residents may reserve campsites up to nine months in advance. • Non-Sarasota County residents may reserve campsites up to six months in advance. • Full payment is required at time of reservation. • We accept AmEx, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. • Upon arrival, please check posting on bulletin board to confirm site assignment as it may have been necessary for staff to change site assignments. • There is a three-night minimum stay for holidays and a 30 night maximum stay within a 45- day period per person/family. Refunds Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email is fine) and are only accepted prior to 30 Days (for full refund) or 29 Days to 48 Hours (for 50% refund) from the reservation start date. - There will be a $25.00 administrative fee charged for cancellations within the accepted period. Reschedule requests are permitted once and must be requested a minimum of 48 hours from the reservation start date. • No animals allowed except service animals. • Check-in time is 1 p.m. and no later than 9:30 p.m. (Please call ahead if you will be arriving after 6 p.m.). • Daily check-ins will be posted on bulletin board outside. • Check-out time is 11 a.m. • A gate code is needed to enter the campground. • Campers are advised to protect their personal property. • Campfires are not permitted. • Speed limit is 5 mph. • Quiet time is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. During this time, please use minimal lighting, quiet voices and do not run your RV/Motor home. • We cannot guarantee a specific site, however reservations for a week or longer are very seldom moved. • Campers are not permitted to camp in a car or out in the open. All campers must sleep in a tent or approved recreational/camping vehicle. • Each campsite may have one vehicle and one primary camping unit such as a tent, pop-up camper, camper van, motor home, RV or travel trailer. • The driveway must be kept unobstructed for the convenience of the other guests and for emergency vehicles. • Due to the small size of our park tow trailers, motorized boats, jet skis, wave runners and golf carts are not allowed. • RVs must back into the rear of the campsite. • Visitors may park at Turtle Beach Park, directly to the south of the campground. The parking lot is open until midnight. • Staff reserves the right to remove any campers from the campground that do not follow the rules and regulations. Refunds will not be issued for campers removed. • No washing of vehicles or campers. • We maintain this park for your enjoyment. Please respect all park facilities, wildlife, plant life and our neighbors. When making a reservation, include lengths of bike racks, ladders, etc. No refunds will be provided if inaccurate information is provided and equipment does not fit on assigned sites.
