The review screen indicates the candidate’s pass/fail status, mark achieved, and a summary of exam questions. A feedback report also appears to help candidates evaluate their individual performance. The report has two elements: feedback categories and points. Feedback categories are based on topics contained in the policy manual, accreditation manual, or user guide, as appropriate. The points breakdown indicates the number of correctly answered questions based on the total number of questions in that category. For example, if the points column displays ¾, the candidate achieved three correct answers out of four questions. The exam review screen cannot be saved or printed. However, the information is automatically sent to the candidate’s email address provided upon registration. Neither Service Alberta, nor Yardstick Testing and Training Experts (Yardstick), retain a copy of the report. It is each candidate’s responsibility to save the email.
