Dashboard Version 2.0 Release
We at Packd are committed to helping your business grow and keeping your
customers happy. We want to measure
exactly
how well your business is doing in
terms of the people who matter most. To accomplish this, we’ve counted people,
made it easy to install in new locations, and provided a convenient cloud-based
platform to work off of. This was good, but we (and you) wanted more. Now it’s
time to not just measure people, but to measure metrics.
Over-the-air software updates over the last few weeks have turned your hubs
into smarter, more efficient machines. We can now count metrics like average
stay time and the number of p
otential
customers vs the number of a
ctual
visitors.
This is all available now at the new dashboard, which has a completely revamped
look.
Right away you’ll see the most important metrics -- your entire organization’s
visitors leads (potential visitors that may or may not have entered), visitors
(people who actually stayed), walk bys (this one’s obvious), and conversions
Thursday, May 20
(number of times someone entered your store). All metrics analytics are collected
at the end of each day, and refresh every morning.
For previous Packd users, the most familiar page will be “Compare”. Here you can
compare locations as before to see how different places are measuring up:
In addition, we can now give you information over your entire venue -- a location
that
contains
other locations:

Finally, we give you all the detail on each location you could ever want:
You’ll see the history of metrics each day so you can notice trends and patterns,
as well as how long people are staying at your location on average.
Lastly, it wouldn’t be Packd without some additional cool features our developers
wanted, so we’re letting you change the theme of your entire layout if you don’t
like pink. Head over to your profile settings in the upper right corner to check it
out:
Thursday, May 20
As always, let us know what you think and what features you’d like to see.
Next up: payments!
