ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SCIENCE CLUB T -SHIRT SALE
The Environmental Health Science Club is proud to
be selling t-shirts for Fall 2015. The shirts will be
printed from the local Athens company New World
Graphics. Each shirt will be on Comfort Colors and
a proof is shown to the right. If you would like to
order a t-shirt, please fill out the form below and
turn it in with either cash or a check, payable to
the Environmental Health Science Club. All order
forms and payment must be turned in to Victoria
Pope in Room 205 of the Environmental Health
Science Building during normal business hours,
excluding time between noon and 1pm. If you are
unable to drop off your order form and method of
payment to this location, they may be mailed in to
the above address instead. The last day to order a
t-shirt will be Monday, November 30th. Pick up
dates of t-shirts will be the following week. An
email regarding times and dates of pick-up will be
sent later.
**Please note that there will be a minimum
requirement of 48 orders to have the t-shirts
printed. If we do not meet this quota an email will
be sent out and t-shirt money will be refunded. **
