Please note that access discounts and the $5.00 share option are already applied to the plans. 2Per minute cost is
calculated by Monthly Access and General Allowance Minutes only. Unlimited IN Calling and Night and
Weekends Minutes cannot be shared between Subscribers. 3Unlimited Push to Talk Plan subscribers can only
communicate with other Verizon Wireless Push to Talk Subscribers and only from the National Enhanced
Services Rate and Coverage Areas. For optimal Push to Talk performance, all callers on a Push to Talk session
must have an EV-DO Rev. A capable device and be receiving EV-DO service. A Push to Talk call is terminated
by pressing END or will automatically time out after ten (10) seconds of inactivity. While you are on a Push to
Talk call, voice calls received will go directly to Voice Mail. When you are on a voice call, you cannot receive a
Push to Talk call. You cannot prevent others who have your wireless phone number from entering you into their
Push to Talk contact list. Only one person can speak at a time during Push to Talk calls. When using your
phone keypad to make a Push to Talk call, you must enter the ten-digit phone number of the called party.
Presence information may not be available for all Push to Talk contacts. The timeliness of presence information
may be impacted by the network registration status of a Push to Talk contact. Your Push to Talk service cannot
be used for any applications that tether your phone to computers or other devices for any purpose. Push to Talkcapable phone and feature required. Push to Talk subscribers cannot use Push to Talk or other data products
and services (i.e. Picture Messaging, Mobile Web, Get It Now, BroadbandAccess Connect, etc) while roaming on
other carriers' networks at this time. 4Push to Talk Subscribers may initiate or participate on a call,
simultaneously, with as many as 20 total participants (19 members per group plus the originator). Push to Talk
groups must be established via the Push to Talk website prior to initiating a group call. Subscribers may
establish as many as 50 group lists of up to 20 participants (19 members per group plus the originator). .

Wireless Priority Service (WPS) is a wireless network solution that will allow Verizon Wireless the ability to
assign priority levels to certain government and industry subscribers who have been preauthorized by the
National Communication System (NCS) division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Wireless Priority Service will enable users the ability to improve their probability of call completion during

In order to qualify for WPS, you must first submit a “WPS Order Request” to the NCS WPS Program Office via
the following link: http://wps.ncs.gov/request.html. You will be required to identify a WPS Point of Contact
(POC) for your organization to interface with the NCS for the first and all future WPS requests.
The NCS will authorize the subscriber for an assignment of one (1) of five (5) priority levels based upon your
National Security and Emergency Preparedness role. The priority levels are defined as follows, with priority one
(1) being the highest level:
1. Executive Leadership and Policy Makers
2. Disaster Response/Military Command and Control
3. Public Health, Safety and Law Enforcement Command
4. Public Services/Utilities and Public Welfare
5. Disaster Recovery
Verizon Wireless does not have any input into your government authorization to receive WPS, nor do we
determine your priority level assignment. The NCS will communicate their approval to you and the Verizon
Wireless WPS Activation and Support Team via email. Once you have received your NCS approval and priority
level assignment, the Verizon Wireless WPS Activation and Support team will also need an approval from your
Verizon Wireless Account Designated Agency Representative (DAR) or your Verizon Wireless Account
Authorized Signer in order to add the WPS feature onto your account. Your DAR or Account Authorized
Signer can contact the Verizon Wireless WPS Activation and Support Team at 1-877-262-2950, or via email at
[email protected].

will permit the use of an Internet restricted IP address, thus minimizing Customers’ risk and potential abuse of the

Push to Talk: Push to Talk calls may only be made with other Verizon Wireless Push to Talk subscribers, and only from the National Enhanced

capable device and be receiving EV-DO service. A Push to Talk call is terminated by pressing END or will automatically time out after ten (10)
seconds of inactivity. While you are on a Push to Talk call, voice calls received will go directly to Voice Mail. When you are on a voice call, you
cannot receive a Push to Talk call. You cannot prevent others who have your wireless phone number from entering you into their Push to Talk
contact list. Only one person can speak at a time during Push to Talk calls. When using your phone keypad to make a Push to Talk call, you must
enter the ten-digit phone number of the called party. Presence information may not be available for all Push to Talk contacts. The timeliness of
presence information may be impacted by the network registration status of a Push to Talk contact. Your Push to Talk service cannot be used for
