FBI will host a “Future agents in training” on April 21st-28th & May 5th in Ft. Smith. Applications to
attend are due Friday, February, 24th. To apply, students must be 16-19 yrs. Old, have at least a 3.0 GPA
and realize they will attend all 3 days of training from 8:30am-4:00pm.
Don’t forget to pick up your MASH (Medical Applications of Science for Health) applications in Mrs.
Wisdom’s office.
Deadline for applications to be received is March 1st.
Deadline to sign up for the April 8th ACT will be March 3rd.
The "Treat Shop" will host a cookie and treat sale today in the cafeteria during lunch.
FBLA will be selling personalized regular size candy bars for $1.00 and the 1/2 pound bars for $3.00.
You can pick up an order form in the office or from Mrs. Hicks. All forms need to be turned in to Mrs.
Hicks by TODAY.
Also, this year FBLA will be selling cupcakes for $1.50 for Valentine's Day. You can pre-order by
seeing Mrs. Hicks or we will be selling them on Tuesday in Mrs. Hicks' room.
If you have borrowed a chromebook or charger from the office you need to get it turned in.

apply for the AR Challenge
“Lottery” Scholarship at

Make sure you pre-arrange
All college visits with your
Teachers 3 days in advance.
And bring back your college
Visit form to the office.
Mrs McDonald needs senior pictures for
honor roll graduates by February 17th.
She prefers a digital email sent to

bring a print for them to scan.
Thursday, February 16th – 2nd hour the
UAFS recruiter will be here to meet with
all interested SR’s and JR’s.

Athletes should have
registered with the NCAA
eligibility center. Make
sure you are sending your
act scores to ncaa by
putting 9999 in as one of
the codes when asked
where you want your
scores sent.
Do you qualify for a
PELL GRANT?
$5,815
Shield of Shelter Scholarship applications
are now available in Mrs. Wisdom’s office
and the deadline to turn in applications is
March 31st. This scholarship is worth
$2, 000.
Roy & Mae Smith Scholarship is worth
$5,000, the deadline to apply online is
April 1st. Students must have at least a 3.0
GPA and be in need of financial
assistance. See Mrs. Wisdom for
information on how to apply.
Students who do not have a 19 sub score
in reading, English and math may want to
take the Compass/Accuplacer test. See
office for information.
Seniors make sure you are working on
your resume and are asking for letters of
recommendations if required by your
scholarships.
