A group of boys at Melodies loved
constructing in the sandpit, and
talking about all the construction
they see every day in Lincoln. This
led to a seven month building
project where the children have
teamed up with Montrose Design
and Build and been involved in every
stage of the building of the show
home. The children replicated each
stage at Preschool from designing
and constructing their own building
site, making a Raft foundation
complete with underfloor heating, to
building their own playhouse.
Melodies Preschool is a preschool like no other. We
integrate Music, Dance, Drama and Gym into children’s
everyday interests to provide rich learning experiences. The
