* Medicare beneficiaries that qualify for a wheelchair also qualify for a general
use seat cushion (E2601/E2602) and a general use wheelchair back cushion
(E2611/E2612). The use of these products provides better sitting tolerance
and comfort.
JAY® Basic Cushion
The Jay Basic provides a soft and durable support for clients with mild postural
needs who are at low risk for skin breakdown. The Jay Basic Cushion has been
code verified by SADMERC to meet the requirements of E2601/E2602.
• Beveled to fit between the seat rails on wheelchairs with seat upholstery.
• Durable molded foam provides mild contouring for increased sitting
tolerance and postural stability
• Provides stability to reduce sliding and shearing

JAY® Basic Back
The Jay Basic Back has been redesigned to easily adapt to standard wheelchairs.
Choose strap-style hardware for easy attachment - just strap around wheelchair
back canes. The clamp-style hardware provides 0° and 8° of angle adjustability
and snaps easily into place.

new Breezy Ultra4 high-strength, lightweight wheelchair. Compare these features and you will find

Lighter Weight Aluminum Frame — Every ounce of added weight requires greater energy and strength, not only
to propel but also to load in and out of a car. Breezy Ultra4, made out of corrosion-resistant aluminum, is one of the lightest
wheelchairs in its class.
Quick-Release Wheels Are Standard — An added cost on other comparable wheelchairs, all Breezy Ultra4 users
will appreciate the ability to remove the wheels with just the push of a button. This makes transferring into vehicles easy by
converting the chair into three smaller, lightweight components.
Enhanced User Function and Positioning — The Breezy Ultra4’s package of adjustable features and options, plus
