Cranberry Vodka Chill
◆ 1½ oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ Fresh Mint
◆ 1 oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ ½ oz Grand Marnier
◆ 2 oz White Vodka
◆ ½ oz Grand Marnier
◆ ¼ oz Agave Nectar
◆ 1 oz Aperol
◆ Cranberry Juice
◆ ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◆ ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◆ 1 Whole Apricot, Pitted and Sliced
◆ ¾ oz Simple Syrup
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the
apricot in the agave nectar and lemon juice.
Add the remaining ingredients then ice and
shake very well. Strain into a chilled wine glass.
Garnish with an apricot slice.
Betty White Russian
◆1½ oz Switchback Ale
Muddle mint in a shaker. Add ice, vodka,
Aperol simple and Fresh Lemon Juice and stir.
Strain into an ice filled pint glass and top with
Switchback Ale to taste. Garnish with mint and
a lemon twist.

Chocolate Martini
◆ 1 oz Ron Abuelo Anejo Rum
◆ 2 oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ 1 oz Kahlua
◆ 1 oz Godiva Liqueur
◆ Light Cream
◆ Bailey's Irish Cream
Combine vodka, rum and Kahlua in old
fashioned glass with ice and stir. Add cream and
stir. Garnish with edible gold flakes
or gold glaze.
Edgewater
◆ 3 parts Vermont White Vodka
◆ Crushed Strawberry to Taste
◆ 5 Parts Organic Lemonade
◆ Fresh Strawberry for Garnish
Muddle strawberries in a mixing glass. Add ice,
vodka and lemonade. Pour with ice into a tall
glass. Garnish with strawberry.
Combine the ingredients and shake over ice.
Pour into a Martini glass or serve on the rocks.
Double recipe for a standard drink (not a shot.)
◆ Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Swirl a ring of chocolate
syrup around the inside
of a Martini glass. Combine
the rest of the ingredients
and shake with ice. Strain into
the chocolate-swirled Martini glass.

Rim a Martini Glass with
lemon sugar. Shake the
Vodka and Liqueur over ice
and strain into the Martini glass.

◆ 1½ oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ 2 oz Vermont White Vodka

◆ ¾ oz Three Chile Syrup
◆ ½ oz Campari
◆ ¾ oz Fresh Lime
◆ Pink Grapefruit Juice
Shake over ice and strain into a Martini glass or
pour over ice and top with club soda.
Build in a Collins glass over ice.
Flying Milk Man
◆ 1½ oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ ¾ oz Dutch Genever
◆ ¼ oz Allspice Dram
◆ 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
◆ Lemon Peel
In a mixing glass stir all ingredients for about
20 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
Holiday Milk Punch
◆ 5 cups of a mixture of whole milk
Mom-Pom-Tini
Vodka
◆ 1 oz Kahlua
◆ Heavy Cream
Combine the Vodka and Kahlua and top off
with a large cube of ice and splash of cream.
◆ Shot of Vermont White Vodka

◆ 2 Parts Pomegranate Juice
◆ 1 oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ 1 Part Pineapple Juice
◆ ½ oz Rum
◆ Sparkling Wine
◆ ¼ oz Crème de Banana
Shake ingredients until frosty and strain into a
chilled Martini glass. Top with sparkling wine
and garnish with pineapple.

◆ 1½ oz Vermont White Vodka
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake
well. Garnish with an orange slice, a pineapple
wedge and a cherry skewer.

and half-and-half (3:2 ratio)
◆ Slice Fresh Sliced Banana
Plum Frost
◆ 1½ cups Vermont White Vodka
◆ 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
◆ 2 oz Plum Wine
◆ 1 cup Powdered Sugar, Sifted
◆ 2 oz Half and Half
◆ 1 oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
◆ Banana Slice for Garnish
◆ ½ oz Domaine de Canton
◆ Freshly Grated
In a large mixing glass add a slice of banana and
the Maple Syrup and muddle until the banana
is smoothly blended. Add the vodka, banana
liqueur, half and half and ice. Shake hard until
frosty. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and
dust lightly with nutmeg. Garnish with another
slice of banana.

Nutmeg for Garnish
Combine all ingredients in a
pitcher and chill for at least
an hour before serving.
◆ Cinnamon
Rim the edge of a chilled Martini glass in
cinnamon sugar (the frost will make the
cinnamon stick.) Combine all ingredients in a
metal mixing cup. Stir until ice appears on the
cup. Double strain into the glass and garnish
with an edible flower.

◆ 1½ oz Vermont White Vodka

Raspberry Syrup
◆ ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
◆ Club Soda
Shake the vodka, syrup and lime with ice and
strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Sage Gimlet
Mango juice
◆ ½ oz Disaranno Liqueur
◆ 2 Jalapeno Slices
with Seeds
◆ 2 oz Orange Juice
◆ Club Soda
◆ 1 Sprig of Rosemary
Combine first 3 ingredients in an ice filled glass
and top off with Club Soda. Garnish with an
orange slice.
Shake all ingredients until frosty and strain into
an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of
rosemary.

◆ 1½ oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ 3 oz Vermont White Vodka
Summer Fling
◆ ¾ oz Lillet Blanc
◆ 5 leaves of fresh sage
◆ ½ oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ ¾ oz Grand Marnier
◆ Juice of Half a Lime
◆ ½ oz Aperol
◆ Half of a Fresh Pear, Diced
◆ 1½ oz Simple Syrup
◆ ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◆ Sparkling Wine
◆ ½ oz Simple Syrup
In the bottom of a mixing glass muddle the pear.
Add the remaining ingredients except the wine
and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled
cocktail coupe. Garnish with a pear slice.
Muddle the sage with the lime juice in a shaker.
Add the vodka and simple syrup and shake with
ice. Strain into a Collins glass and top with
Club Soda.

◆ 4 oz Citizen Cider
Combine first 4 ingredients over ice. Top with
Cider and garnish with a lemon peel.

◆ ½ oz Mint Simple Syrup
Shake vodka, simple syrup, lime juice and
cranberry juice and strain into an ice filled rocks
glass. Garnish with the cranberries.
◆ 5 Dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters

◆ 2 oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ 1 oz Frozen Limeade
◆ 1 oz simple syrup
Combine the ingredients in a chilled Martini
glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Shake all ingredients and strain into a rocks glass
filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
FOR MINT SIMPLE SYRUP: In a large saucepan
add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and a handful
of mint. Bring to a boil and then simmer to
dissolve the sugar for 2 minutes. Let cool then
refrigerate for up to 5 days.

◆ Squeeze of Fresh Lime
◆ Gosling's Ginger Beer
Shake all the ingredients over ice, except for
the Ginger Beer. Strain into an ice filled highball
glass. Top off with Ginger Beer.
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into
a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lime
wedge.

Add the vodka and Kahlúa
to an Old Fashioned glass
filled with ice. Top with a large
splash of heavy cream and stir.

Cream Liqueur
◆ 4 oz Milk
◆ Lime wedge
Shake over ice and pour
into a snifter.
Build in a tall glass filled with ice or a copper
mule mug packed with crushed ice. Garnish
with a mint sprig and lime wedge.

Vermont Milkshake ◆ ½ oz Simple Syrup
◆ ¾ oz Vermont White Vodka
◆ ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◆ 1¼ oz Sapling Maple Liqueur
◆ 2 Sprigs of Thyme, De-Stemmed
◆ 1½ oz Half and Half
◆ 5 Green Grapes Sliced in Half
Shake ingredients over ice and pour into a wine
glass. Garnish with a drizzle of maple syrup.
Muddle the grapes and thyme
in the simple syrup and lemon
juice. Add Vermont White Vodka
and shake very well with ice.
Double strain into an ice-filled
old-fashioned glass. Garnish with
a sprig of thyme and sliced green grapes.
