Dear Mr. Flores:
Please be infonned that the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services for
the Professional and Institutional Development Sector's Trainings/Seminars and the
Operation and Maintenance of Two (2) COA Dormitory Canteens located at the
Commission on Audit Central Office, Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City, is hereby
awarded to you having submitted the Single Rated Responsive Bid.
You are therefore required, within ten (1 0) calendar days from the receipt of this
Notice of Award, to fonnally enter into contract with us, and to submit the Perfmmance
Security in the form of cash or manager's check in the amount of One Hundred Thousand
Pesos (PI 00,000.00).
Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the Perfonnance Security in the
amount stated shall constitute a sufficient ground for cancellation of this award and
forfeiture of your Bid Security.
