The undersigned has the honour to
REPORT:--
THAT the liquor set out in the Schedule attaohe hereto
has been seized and forfeited to the Crown under the provisions
of the "Government Liquor Aot".
THAT the said liquor has been examined and found to be
of no value by the Purchasing Agent under the provisions of
seotion 78 of the "Government Liquor Act".
AND TO RECOMI:END THAT the liquor as set out in the said
Schedule be destroyed, such destruction to be carried out by
persons to be designated by the Liquor Control Board.
AND THAT a copy of this Minute, if approved, be f;rwarded
to the Chairman, Liquor Control Board, Victoria, B.C.
