PACKAGES
8 x 8 Standard Package
Includes: six-foot table, skirting table cloth, waste basket, two box lunches, one banquet ticket and 10 complimentary passes to the Expo.
8 x 16 Package
Includes: 2 six-foot tables, 2 skirting table cloths, waste basket, two box lunches, two banquet tickets and 20 complimentary passes to
the Expo.
REGISTRATION
Exhibitor and sponsor registration will be held in the atrium outside of Ballrooms A, B & C on Thursday, October 24 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
This is where you will pick up/confirm the following:
• Exhibitor and sponsor badges – Four per company
• Lunch passes – Can be redeemed at Savor Savannah Catering by SMG concession stand located in the atrium from 1 1 a.m. - 2 p.m.
(Two per business)
• Layout – Will be directed to your space
• Attendees will begin arriving at 3 p.m. if not prior – *Please be completely set up by 2 p.m.
LABOR
Labor workers will be at Service Entrance Area to assist with loading and unloading on Thursday, October 24 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and
on Friday, October 25 from 8 - 10 a.m.
PARKING
Complimentary parking will be provided in Area 12. Detailed map is attached.

Please enter the facility from International Drive.
Freight Elevator

• May NOT use Tomochichi Square to unload
• Dollies and other transportation equipment is not permitted in this area
Transportation Equipment
*Very limited dollies etc. are available. Must be checked out and returned at the Customer Service Desk located in Ballrooms B/C.
You are permitted to bring your own.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Customer Service desk will be located in the atrium outside of the ballrooms. You will be able to check out dollies etc. as well as
order internet, electricity or extension cords from this location. *Please note that rates increase for on-site orders.
INTERNET/ELECTRICITY
Internet & Electricity must be reserved and paid for through the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center & PSAV. On-site
options are available, however, the fees increase. For electrical rates and reservations visit: www.savtcc.com/savtcc/exhibitor_
order_forms/. Call 912.447.4710 with questions. For internet, contact Charles Tant – Director of Event Technology with PSAV at
[email protected] or 912.447.4085. Please make sure to notify Chamber as these additions affect layout.
WASTE
Each space is provided with small waste baskets. However, during set up, please utilize the large grey bins – especially for boxes etc.
These will be emptied by the Savannah International Trade & Convention staff prior to opening to the public.
CONCESSIONS
Savor Savannah Catering by SMG will have a concessions stand set up in the atrium from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Your exhibitor package
includes two complimentary lunch specials that are redeemable for a deli wrap or salad, chips and choice of a soft drink or bottled
water. Additional snacks and options are available for purchase. You may pick up your lunch passes during registration.

SHIPPING
• To obtain shipped freight, the vendor will need to visit the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center Customer Service table
and pay their shipping invoice in full. Once paid, SITCC staff will bring their package(s) to their booths.
• To Ship Out:
o Boxes need to be sealed
o Please provide and complete the outgoing freight label.
o Call in their respective carrier for pick-up.
o Freight will need to be left with the Security Guard on post who will double check and make sure all items have been
completed. The Security Guard will then take care of moving their box(es) to their pick-up destination (Security Office at
the Loading Dock).
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Providing food and beverage MAY be permitted, however, must be approved by Savor Savannah Catering by SMG. Included is the
form and contact information for submission.
TICKETS /ADMISSION
Exhibitor badges suffice for entrance into the Expo. *If you or colleagues are attending the Awards Banquet that begins at 7 p.m., you
MUST have your green ticket to gain admission. If you need to secure additional banquet tickets, reservations must be made by Monday, October 21.
SALES
Selling merchandise is not permitted by exhibitors.
MOVE OUT
Thursday, October 24 (after the Awards Banquet until 1 1 p.m.) or Friday, October 25 from 8 - 10 a.m.
