NOTE- If there are any errors, it will tell you which question you need to address. Then resubmit. If you
have multiple errors, this may occur multiple times.
NOTE- It is not uncommon for some students to receive a notification that the SS# is already in
use. Check your email over the next few days. It usually will process through without an issue. If not,
come see me.
IMPORTANT
The Username and PIN you receive will be used for you to access your account to make any future
changes (i.e. address change) and to log into the state system to inform the state where you want your
money to go. Write down the Username and PIN in a safe place (or take a photo of the screen and save
on your phone.)
