Regulations under the Machinery Ordinance 1949-1966.*
I, GORDON MUNRO BRYANT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory,
hereby make the following Regulations under the Machinery Ordinance 1949-1966.

A M E N D M E N T S O F T H E BOILERS A N D P R E S S U R E V E S S E L S R E G U L A T I O N S t
1. The Boilers and Pressure Vessels Regulations are amended as set out in
the Schedule.
2 . The Second Schedule to the Boilers and Pressure Vessels Regulations is
repealed and the following Schedule is substituted:—

The fee for an inspection of a boiler (other than a locomotive, traction
engine or road roller boiler) having a heating surface, including
economizer and superheater (if any), exceeding 500 square metres is $18
plus an a m o u n t of 30 cents for each 100 square metres or part of 100
square metres by which the heating surface exceeds 500 square metres.
