A signed application certifies that you understand, accept and agree to abide by all rules and regulations stated throughout the Calico Arts and Crafts
application package. The applicant (and partners) hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Calico Arts and Crafts Show and the City of
Moultrie, their officers, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions, suits at law or inequity of
any nature or character arising out of or by reason of any act or omission of the second party or its agents in the performance of the rights, duties and
obligations of the second party under this agreement. The second party understands that Calico Arts and Crafts Show assumes no responsibility or liability
for any property of the second party, which may be located on the above described premises. For and in consideration of permission to participate in Calico
Arts and Crafts Show the specified above shall be subject to acts of God or any condition or circumstances beyond the control of Calico which shall prevent
the carrying out of some or all of Calico, upon the occurrence of such event, shall have the right to terminate this agreement without the liability of nature.

b. Four(4)photosincludingone(1)ofyourboothset-up,two(2)ofyourcraftandone(1)ofyoucreatingyour
craft.PhotosshouldberepresentativeoftheworkyouwishtosellattheCalicoShow.
c. Acompletedandsignedapplication
Highresolution,digitalimagescanbesubmittedviae-mailto:[email protected]:JuryingCommittee
ifnecessarymayrequestadditionalphotosofcreationprocess.Jurydecisionsarebasedonyourphotosand
informationprovidedonyourapplicationform.Pleasesendthebestphotosyouhaveavailable.Yourphotos
areanimportantfactorinyouracceptance/non-acceptancetotheshow.
AcceptanceorNon-AcceptanceletterswillbemailedbyJanuary25,2016.AcceptanceorDeclineswillnotbe
confirmedordiscussedbytelephone.Alldecisionsofthejuryingcommitteearefinal.Thejuryingcommittee
willhavefinalapprovalonallacceptance/declines,placementandreservestherighttoremovemisrepresented
orinappropriatematerialsfromtheshow.

Selectionisbasedonqualityandskillinworkmanship,originalandcreativeideasaswellasattractivenessof
boothdisplay.
Allartsandcraftsmediaareeligible.
Itemssubmittedmustbetheoriginalworkoftheartistorcraftsmanapplying.Itemsnotcreatedbythe
exhibitorornotinthecategoryforwhichappliedwillnotbepermittedintheshow.
Thisshowispromotedasanartsandcraftsshow,notbuy/sell.ResaleofwholesaleitemsISNOTpermittedand
willresultinimmediatedismissalwithoutrefund.Nomanufactured,importeditems,mass-produceditemsand
kitswillbeallowed.
Artistscanonlydisplayworkthathasbeenjuried.
Thejuryingcommitteewillassignallspacesandhonoranyspacerequest,wheneverpossiblebasedon
availability.
Exhibitorsmustbeenoughstockfortheentireshow.Theymustbeontimeandstayforthedurationofthe
show.Boothscannotopenlateorcloseearlyatanytime.
Norefundsduetorainoranyotherinclementweathersituationswillbeissued.
CancellationsbyapplicantafterFebruary15willresultinalossofallfees.Withdrawalatanytimemustbein
writingandsignedbyapplicanttobeofficialandremainingoodstanding.Emailsareacceptable.
Electricitywillbeprovidedonlytothoseexhibitorswhopaythedesignatedfee.
Exhibitorsareresponsibleforcollecting,reportingandpayingGeorgiaState/CountySalesTaxonallsales(7%).
FormsprovidedbytheGeorgiaDepartmentofRevenuewillbeincludedinyourpacketthatyoupickupat
registration.
Boothsmaynotbedismantledbefore4:00p.m.onSunday.Noearlybreakdownispermitted.
Boothspacesare10feetwideby8feetdeep(indoors)and12feetwideby12feetdeep(outdoors).All
displays,transactionsandactivitiesmustbeconfinedtoexhibitor’sassignedspace.Signs,tents,canopiesorany
otherpartordisplaymaynotextendoverorintowalkways.Boothsmustbekeptneatinappearanceandnot
distractfromneighboringdisplays.
OvernightsecurityisprovidedFridayandSaturdaynights.Managementprovidesafterhourssecurityforexhibit
areawiththeunderstandingthatCalicoArtsandCraftsShowisnot,andwillnotberesponsibleinanywayfor
lossordamagetoexhibitor’sproperty.Exhibitorsareresponsiblefortheirownpersonalandpropertyliability.
Petsarenotallowedintheexhibitgrounds.Pleaseplanaccordingly.Noalcoholicbeverages,noprofane
languageorlewdconductwillbetolerated.
