X-ray auto detection mode

X-ray auto detection mode
AeroSync®, a new X-ray exposure
synchronization technology, requires
no cable connections to the x-ray generator.
Image capture automatically begins
when the AeroDR senses the X-ray exposure.
This technology is available in Konica Minolta's
wireless cassette DR system, AeroDR®.
The AeroSync technology
The AeroSync technology is equipped with an X-ray auto detect mode in which the panel automatically detects X-ray exposure. The
AeroSync enabled panel automatically senses an X-ray exposure, automatically forms an image, and transitions to the X-ray storage
process, communication with the X-ray generator is no longer necessary. This means that using AeroSync, even analog portable X-ray
systems not fitted with digital radiography, or “DR” interfaces can be easily upgraded into digital systems.

Quick and Smart way to go digital
The AeroSync technology does not require any cable connection to the X-ray generator. Any existing general or Mobile X-ray system can
quickly and easily be upgraded to digital, with an installation process as simple as that of a CR system. AeroSync enables you to almost
immediately start using the AeroDR system in your X-ray room, without having to invest in custom generator connection hardware.

Superior dose efficiency, Higher productivity
The optimal combination of the AeroDR detector, using a Konica Minolta CsI scintillator, combined with the newly developed low noise
readout circuitry delivers excellent DQE (Detective Quantum Efficiency). Approx. 3 seconds after exposure, a preview image pops up
on the console display.

image area where the CR-reached does is 0.1~0.2mR.
In a higher does area AeroDR reduces more doses.
