EXB AABC SUMMER BASEBALL TEAMS

Extreme Baseball is proud to announce our second season of Connie Mack, Don Mattingly, Mickey Mantle and Sandy
Koufax baseball teams! We have created a developmental plan for any player wanting to take their baseball experience to
the next level. This plan includes a full AABC Connie Mack/Don Mattingly/Mickey Mantle/Sandy Koufax 16-18 game
season with an opportunity to play against the best of the best in Arizona, on Major League Spring Training fields! We will
field an Elite team in each age group to participate in the AABC Summer League as well as four tournaments (see below).
We will also offer Developmental teams in each age group to participate in the AABC Summer league and compete in one
additional tournament. Each roster will field a maximum of 14 players per team (based upon pitching needs). All
players will receive (and will be able to keep) an EXB jersey and hat.
Tryouts - Players are welcome to tryout for any and all teams they want to play on. The 18U tryout will begin first,
followed by the 17U, 16U, and finally the 14U. So if an athlete that is 16U eligible would like to try and make a 17U or 18U
roster before 16U, they are more than welcome. Any player not selected for an Elite team will be offered a spot on a
Developmental team.


Games - Connie Mack/Don Mattingly/Mickey Mantle/Sandy Koufax games will begin in late May 2012 and will all be
played at the Tempe Diablo Sports Complex in Tempe, AZ
Tournaments - All teams (Elite and Developmental) will participate in the Prospect Wire West Coast Finals. All Elite
teams will participate in the Four Corners Classic, the Arizona Summer Classic, and the USABF 4th of July Classic in San
Diego, CA .
EXB Rangers Elite Teams (14U, 16U, 17U, 18U) Fee includes: fields (16-18 AABC league games plus postseason
tournament) umpires, insurance, admin AND these four tournaments: Four Corners Classic May 31st-June 3rd, Prospect
Wire West Coast Finals June 22nd-26th, USABF 4th of July Classic in San Diego, and the Arizona Summer Classic July
12th-15th or 19th-22nd (16U).
EXB Rangers Developmental Teams (14U, 16U, 17U, 18U) Fee includes: fields (16-18 league games plus postseason
for teams qualifying) umpires, insurance, admin AND the Prospect Wire West Coast Finals June 22nd-26th.
