o Lyle Williams has administrator
privileges for the Shutterfly account.
o Pictures are needed for the
website. New pictures, old
pictures, it doesn’t matter. Send
them to Lyle Williams or post them
to Shutterfly.
 The new debit card was used to purchase
an updated club banner.

New Business
 A new information card was developed
for the club by Ken Babcock and copies
have been made available at House of
Hobbies
 Two versions of the membership card
have been developed and voted on by
the club. The new card is being printed
and will be available from the club
secretary soon.
 The board meeting will be held in
February at the Golden Corral. Details to
follow.
 Mentoring Program
o The club discussed the desire to
hold some youth day event for the
Lakeside Elementary School.
o A weekend event or an activity
table was discussed.
 Rich Frankhouser passed away
unexpectedly on January 18. The club
donated $150 to the family.
 Concrete slabs under the work tables
were proposed.

Board Meeting at the Golden Corral
The annual PCRC board meeting will be held Thursday, February 26 at the Golden Corral on East
Sternberg Road. Dinner will be at 5:30pm. The Club has reserved the banquet room just to the left of
the cashier. The board meeting will be an open discussion of your ideas for the club in the coming
year so bring your ideas for the club in 2015. Spouses are welcome to attend.
Club Dues
It is time to pay your Club membership dues. Costs are as follows:




Regular Member over 19 years old - $50.00
Associate Member over 19 years old - $25.00
Junior Member between 15 and 19 as of July 1 - $5.00
Cadet Member under 15 – Fees waived
A current AMA card must be presented at the time of payment. If mailing dues, include a copy of
your current card. Dues can be mailed to:

Gear Up!
Is your PCRC shirt getting too small? Does it have mustard stains on it from the hot dog that got
away from you at the picnic? Is your bright red shirt now faded to a rosy pink? It’s time to get some
new PCRC gear. Shirts N’ Stuff has our logo and would be happy to print you a new shirt. Shirts N’
Stuff is located at 3130 Heights Ravenna Road in Cloverville, just west of South Dangl Road. Stop in,
pick out your shirt from their large selection and they will print it for you right away. Cost for a printed
T-Shirt will be between $10-$15 depending on size and what custom printing you add.
